I was born in Athens in 1983. I studied at the Medical School of the University of Athens where I graduated from in 2008. Military and rural service followed and then came the specialty of General Surgery. In 2013, I started my specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the 2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the National and Kapodistrian University. After obtaining my CCT in 2017, my love for urogynaecology drove me to the United Kingdom. There, for three years, I got additional training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and especially in the field of Urogynaecology at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust (ATSM Urogynaecology RCOG)
